We will ship all of our products Primarily through USPS Priority. We will ship priority order of in stock products within 5 business days of receiving your order unless otherwise noted. Orders where Free shipping option is selected may take 3-5 more buisness days to process. You should receive your order for in stock products within a maximum of 14 business days of placing your order online. Backorders are subject to variable time frames. Contact us if you have a question regarding backorder timelines. If for some reason there is a delay on our end, we will contact you, the customer, to let you know the adjusted delivery time that you should expect. Due to export restrictions we do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to freight forwarders or internationally.
Delivery & Access Policies
Upon registering for our services using our website, we will provide you with immediate access to our site. We will email you your login information and a confirmation number to the email address that you provide us. Please keep this information in a safe place. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs of processing your order online please contact us immediately.
If for some reason there is a delay on our end in sending you your login ID and password, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If the need arises to return merchandise please contact us as soon as possible. All returns must be accompanied with an Return Merchandise Authorization number. If the product that you receive was incorrectly shipped or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If incorrect items were shipped, they must be returned in as new condition, unused.
