This Product Page is specifically for our Troy Light Mount sold WITHOUT a backing plate. Due to issues with suppliers we have not been able to get our backing plates in a timely manner. Thus we are offering our Troy light mounts with out the backing plate. Due to our awesome design you can use the steel backing plate from the short rail section that typically comes with the Troy Alpha (et. al.) rails. This is a great way to save a couple bucks if you are not picky. By purchasing this product you are agreeing to the terms that the light mount will not be shipped with a back plate, nor will one be provided at a future point.
